The No. 1 goal is to help you resolve issues involving social media in your school or district in a way that's good for everybody involved – a way that promotes positive school climates.
We also aim to point schools and districts to the best 1) specialized help services (e.g., CrisisTextline, LoveIsRespect.org, TrevorLifeline) and 2) evidence-based resources for incident investigation and response, policymaking and tech-related best practices. All of this is based on our extensive experience in Internet safety, education and student leadership.
So our ultimate goal is to increase trust and social-emotional safety, ease fears of litigation and encourage nonpunitive solutions and restorative practices in schools nationwide.
